When the Load Is Heavy

GOD PAUSE: Several times in the book of Psalms you find the word “selah.” It simply means to stop and calming think or meditate on what was just said. It's something worth spending time, letting it sink in deeply. Psalm 68:19 is one of them. It says “Blessed be the Lord who carries our heavy loads every day, the true God who is our salvation.” Lord, my friend and I can't carry it all ourselves. Our strength and energy is limited. Yours is not. We become weary and tired. You never do. So, help us to depend on You taking the heavy load today and being our sure help. Amen.
