GOD PAUSE: Good morning, my friend. I want to share a verse with you from Psalm 40:2. “God reached down and drew me from the deep, dark hole where I was stranded, mired in the muck and clay. With a gentle hand, He pulled me out to set me down safely on a warm rock. He held me until I was steady enough to continue the journey again.” That is the God that the Bible talks about. Heavenly Father, my friend and I thank you for reaching down and rescuing us. You hold us in your embrace until we’re steady enough to get on with the journey again. Amen.
