A Fresh Vision of God

GOD PAUSE: Abram was at a point in his life when he needed a bigger vision of who God was. He'd experienced some things of God that changed his life, but now he needed something more. And in Genesis 15:2 he prays “Sovereign Lord, what could you possibly give to me that would make that much of a difference in my life?” My dear friend, like Abram, you and I need to look beyond our present set of circumstances to a God who is in control. He's called Adonai, our Sovereign Lord. Dear God, we're asking for a fresh vision of who are really are. We turn our eyes from the circumstances we see to You. You are in control of things --- and us. Amen.
