A Rare Kindness

GOD PAUSE: Good morning to you! Have you ever read something in your Bible that is just simply totally opposite from what you're used to feeling or thinking? That happened to me today. I was reading in Proverbs 25:21,22 where God says “If your enemy is hungry, give him something to eat. If he is thirsty, give him something to drink. For your kind treatment will be like heaping hot coals on his head. It may cause a change of heart and the Lord will repay you.” Lord, with your help, may I and my friend put this truth into practice. Treating an enemy with kindness is your way of handling things. And it might just change the situation for the better. Amen.
