Knowledge or Love?

I think the Lord gave me a very powerful visual lesson. I was visiting a guy in the nursing home. He was very well verses in the Bible. And he doesn't mind sharing it. He was taking a nap at the time, but his elderly sister was sitting in chair beside the bed. Almost like a protective angel. I mean, you could see the love for her brother when he eyes lit up, talking about him. In that room a saw a lot of knowledge. But I also saw a lot of love. The Bible reminds us in 1 Corinthians 8:2,3 “Anyone who claims to know all the answers doesn't really know very much. But the person who loves God is the one whom God recognizes.” Lord, what we know isn't all that important. But how we love is. Help us to always remember that. Amen.
