Your Neighborhood

GOD PAUSE: In a paraphrase about Jesus coming to earth, John 1:14 reads “The Word became flesh and blood, and moved into the neighborhood.” And Jesus coming into the neighborhood made a big difference. I want to challenge you today to determine to make a difference where you live. Do things like walk through your block, praying as you go. Or get a map of where you live and take time to lay it out and pray over the area. And how about getting out of the comfort zone and doing something for a neighbor? A significant impact doesn't have to be a big thing either. Just like Jesus, let your neighborhood see what God looks like with skin on. Be blessed as you do. And your neighborhood will as well.
