Alone and Hopeless?

GOD PAUSE: I know about a man who --- as a young boy --- contracted a very contagious disease. And because of it, he could never marry and have a family. He could never attend a family reunion or celebration. Because of his sickness, his friends walked away. Although he had a beautiful voice, he wasn't allowed to sing in the choir where his friends worshiped. How would you feel about things if you were in his shoes? Well, that same man wrote Psalm 88 that begins “God, you're my last chance. I spend the night on my knees before you. Put me on your salvation agenda. Take notes on the trouble I'm in.” Let this man's true story give you hope, my friend, that God does see what you're going through. And he does hear you when you pray.
