Run Your Race

GOD PAUSE: I well remember a cold day about 20 years ago now that I ran a half-marathon --- 13 miles. I had spent half a year training for it every day. And I remember certain people I knew along the race, cheering me on. And I remember the joy of finally seeing and reaching the goal, the finishing line. Hebrews 12:1 says that those who have gone on to glory are cheering you on in your own race. The do see that you're sticking with it. Persevering. Keeping your eyes focused on Jesus. So my friend, run your race well. Don't let anything stand in your way or trip you up. The end is coming up. It will be worth it all. Praise the Lord!
