PaPa God's Heart

GOD PAUSE: To me one of the most beautiful pictures of Papa God's heart is that of a shepherd or pastor. God told the prophet Ezekiel he was really ticked off at some of Israel's so-called shepherds because “You have not strengthened the weak or healed the sick or bound up the injured. You have not brought back the strays or searched for the lost” (34:4). The heart of God is to always help the weak, bind the wounds of the injured and bring home the strays. And the bottom line is this --- if I have Papa God's heart, I will be found doing the same. Friend, in a very real sense, we are all shepherds. Lord, lead us to the sheep of your pasture today. And help our hearts to beat in sync with yours. Amen.
