Don't Let the Song Die

GOD PAUSE: Like one of God's prophets in the Bible, we look around our world --- our immediate world around us --- and see the effects and feel the pain of things gone wrong. Violence. Murder, Injustice. Law and order falling to pieces. The prophet saw it all. And cried out to God who seemed to be silent. Yet he waited for God to speak --- and He did. The man of God understood that no matter how bad things were, He still needed to praise the Lord and be thankful that He was His life. And in keeping God His focus, the Lord would make his own life strong again. Powerful and victorious enough to climb the mountains. Blessed by God to ride the high places again. Lord, may it be so in our own lives today. Amen.
